Disney projects required a high level of precision, with evolving creative direction, multiple stakeholder approvals, and strict brand guidelines. Frequent shifts in priorities and timelines created risk for misalignment between approved artwork, sampled products, and final production.
This level of alignment was achieved through developing a more structured approach to artwork and production alignment by reinforcing checkpoints between creative approval and production execution. This reduced ambiguity, improved communication across teams, and ensured all stakeholders were working from the most current and approved assets.
